Below are some academic and professional projects that showcase my skills in E-Business, supply chain, and digital marketing.
Provincial Deputy Award 2024, granted by the Haute École de la Province de Liège (HEPL) and presented by Mrs. Muriel Brodure-Willain, Provincial Deputy.
This distinction recognizes my commitment, civic-mindedness, and fair play throughout my academic journey.
As part of my final-year internship for the Bachelor’s degree in E-Business, I conducted an in-depth study on the impact of digitizing inventory management through the Odoo ERP system at Georgette.bio, an organic grocery store in Liège.
The main objective was to analyze existing logistics processes, identify their weaknesses, and propose a structured action plan based on Odoo.
The project demonstrated that digitalization with Odoo makes it possible to:
improve inventory accuracy,
reduce losses caused by unsold or expired products,
optimize workforce management,
and ultimately reduce operational costs.
This work resulted in concrete, actionable recommendations relevant to any SME in the food sector aiming to modernize its supply chain.
👉 This project highlights my skills in supply chain management, process digitalization, and project management.
Following our team’s victory at the Young Enterprise Project (YEP) 2023 in Belgium, I had the honor of representing my country 🇧🇪 at JA Europe’s largest entrepreneurial competition (University Level), held in Istanbul.
Our innovative start-up project was selected among the top national winners to compete against dozens of European countries.
This remarkable experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in:
Entrepreneurship & business strategy,
Project management & teamwork,
Public speaking / pitching in English,
International collaboration & stress management.
Together with my team, we won the Young Enterprise Project (YEP) 2023, an entrepreneurial competition bringing together more than 120 student projects across Belgium.
Our start-up received double recognition:
🥇 National victory at YEP 2023;
🏅 Customer Excellence Award, highlighting the quality of our customer experience.
This achievement gave us the opportunity to represent Belgium at the JA Europe Gen-E 2023 European Final in Istanbul, competing against more than 40 countries.
As part of my Business Intelligence course (3rd year, Bachelor in E-Business), I worked with my group on the Travel Dataset – Datathon 2019 to develop a comprehensive dashboard using Power BI.
This project involved:
cleaning and structuring data,
creating relationships between multiple tables (users, flights, hotels),
applying DAX measures, calculated columns, and conditional formatting,
identifying key trends (most popular destination: Florianópolis, gender balance, highest-spending company: 4You, most booked hotel: Hotel K).
👉 This project highlights my skills in data analysis, data visualization, and Business Intelligence.
As part of my Web Referencing course (3rd year, Bachelor in E-business), I created an SEO-optimized blog article and conducted a technical audit of an e-commerce website.
This two-part project included:
🔹 Blog Content Creation
I wrote an article titled "5 Safety Tips for DIY Projects at Home", designed to:
Target keywords like “DIY safety”, “home improvement safety”, and “bricolage”,
Apply best practices in SEO writing (optimized title, meta description, and H1-H2 structure),
Improve online visibility while delivering actionable value to the reader.
🔹 Technical SEO Audit (with Alyze.info)
Using alyze.info, I analyzed an existing e-commerce site and identified major SEO issues—particularly the lack of ALT attributes on images.
I then proposed a series of concrete recommendations:
Add relevant ALT tags to all images,
Use descriptive and keyword-rich labels,
Align image descriptions with the content’s thematic focus.
👉 This project highlights my skills in SEO content creation, web accessibility, and technical site optimization.
As part of the E-Business Management exam (3rd year, Bachelor’s in E-Business), we developed a full digital transformation strategy for Natural Pharma, a pharmacy specializing in natural and organic health products.

🔹 Design of a Custom Loyalty Program
Development of a two-tier loyalty program (Free and Premium “Membre+”),
Competitive benchmarking of 7 loyalty programs in the wellness and pharmacy sector,
Creation of a points-based reward system, seasonal offers, and personalized perks,
Strategic partnership proposals with labs, fitness studios, wellness brands, and local actors.
🔹 Customer Data Management Strategy
Identification of key data to collect (purchases, preferences, browsing behavior),
Actionable proposals for multi-channel data collection and GDPR compliance,
Integration of predictive analytics and segmentation to tailor the customer experience.
🔹 CRM Software Benchmark & Recommendation
In-depth comparison of HubSpot, Efficy, and Freedelity,
Evaluation based on real business needs: cost, usability, features, and loyalty program integration,
Final recommendation: Freedelity, a Belgian CRM solution optimized for pharmacies (eID card scanning, loyalty integration).
👉 This project demonstrates our ability to design an omnichannel loyalty strategy, manage customer data efficiently, and select CRM tools aligned with specific industry needs.
